A Dramatic Flair, 20 x 24, Pastel

A Dramatic Flair proved to be the most popular painting in my booth at the Colors of Fall art exhibition in Great Falls, Montana over the weekend of September 14 to 16. I exhibited about 25 paintings. The show was a great chance to meet some of the wonderful people of Great Falls and to network with other artists, mostly from that area. Other very popular pieces included Best Out West, May Snow and Megaliths and Canyon Cascade. Everyone seemed to remember a grain elevator like the one in Best Out West.

The show was well-attended and everyone seemed to hope that it would be back again next year. This was the inaugural year for this event although the same organization that sponsored it, the Great Falls Advertising Federation, was responsible for running the very successful Russell Art Auction for many, many years.
